Boeing B747-400 Super Bad Weather Cell: Cockpit Vi
There are moments when you can be thankful that you are on the ground & this is one of them, the operating crew are faced with very strong cells of storms almost surrounding their aircraft even when changing direction. You can recreate some of these conditions but not completely, therefore this is my choice of the week.
I found it on Wednesday night as I was looking for 'extreme situations' to attempt other than the routes in the Aerowinx database.Of course the routes show what Aerowinx does best giving 'real life' scenarios so that training can be transferred in can competent & assessable manner.
I was updating the various aspects of my vocational life this week and the one regret I have is that a paper I wrote on "The role of communication in Training & Development" which was to be submitted to the Journal of European Industrial Training" didn`t make the cut.
Have you had any training papers to do with Flight Simulation or the Training process published? If so please let me know, and also a brief description about the paper and Journal publication.
Love till next time,
Neil
