Aerowinx® Precision Simulator 10 -- Demo No. 1

This weeks  video presentation is a reminder of just how far the Aerowinx software has come sinc ethe first release by Hardy Heinlin in 1995 as a tool to "transfer training" for pilots waanting to be trained or endorsed on the B747-400.

What i fear is that we have forgotten what an improvement/blessing the sound and various calls are over vey early flight simulations packages like Microsoft Flight Simulator. Having the sound to reinforce the visual is very important.

I`ve also noticed a photgrapher is putting Aerowinx scenarios as "screen dumps" on Flickr which I will let you investigate. It`s a great way to reinforce the skill level.

Finally I`ve also flown this route & have used it for "diversion, emergency" training scenarios for my own flight skills "on the spot". Haven`t we come a long way since the early days of flight simulation since the early days?

What 3 flight simulation packages have yyou used prior to Aerowinx. I can remember FlightSim & another that ran off DOS & is now defunct. My father "the computer nerd" put me on to that one. I`ll see if I can find it.

Have a great weekend.

Till next time,

Neil
