Approach to Miami Transaero Boeing 747-400

Another Transaero 'in cockpit" video; I wonder if this was the result of allowing second/first officer entrants to "sit in" on the flight deck. There is also excellent CRM (Cockpit Resource Management) where each Pilot Flying/Non-Flying is clear about what he is doing in the operational environment at that moment.
