Aerowinx PSX -- Landing with all engines out

Here is todays blog Aeroiwinx training video- as summarised the engines are windmilling without any AC or DC power, so I`m a little curious to find out about the speeds that would be shown on the STANDY IAS (Indicated Air Speed) and the embedded ALTIMETER correct? 

The reason is the First Officer calls for flap adjustments well outside the speeds on the PDF (Primary Flight Display)

The only checklist i could find is on Page 304 of the printed PS1.3 747 manual. Would love to hear from 
you. The one time I tried this exercise did not have a happy ending. Enjoy
